Service Policies FAQs
How often will pOOPScOOPs911
come out to service my yard?
Most customers prefer a once a week or twice weekly service visit. At
your request we can arrange other service schedules. For service frequency
visits and rates, please refer to our service & rate link on our website.
Do you provide one time only service?
Yes, we provide one time and short term service. There are no minimum
service visit requirements.
Do I have to keep my dog inside?
We get along well with most social dogs, but there are some breeds that
may be of potential risk or when a dog will not let us into the yard.
If you know your dog is not comfortable with strangers, we ask that you
keep your dog inside or otherwise restrained. We don’t want to take
unnecessary risk with your dog or ourselves.
Do I have to be home on the day you service
my yard?
No, our service is designed to be a convenience for you. We only need
access to your yard.
Will it be possible to skip a service
visit?
Absolutely. You only need to call us or send an email letting us know
before your next scheduled visit. You will not be charged for a skipped
visit. If you need to skip several service visits, please let us know
48 hours in advance so that we may place a hold on your account and not
charge you for the skipped visits.
Are there any contracts I have to sign?

are no minimum service requirements and no advance notice required for
canceling service. However, we do require a New Customer Service Request
Agreement for the purpose of giving us permission to access and service
